How does bidding work on Locker Rumble Live Online Auctions?
Bidders will have the chance to bid on storage units online during a live video where up to 8 bidders can all be in the same video auction room. Bidders are given 10 minutes to make bids until the last minute. Bidders will then pay the auction amount once an email is sent to the winner with a link to pay. A manager's fee of $20 with NO unit deposits and NO Buyers Fee will be added to the final bid price.
Are there any specific rules bidders need to know?
Yes, several rules must be followed. Not removing trash off the property will result in termination of your account, and a picture will be sent to all facilities with a red flag. Additionally, no threats or name-calling will be tolerated. Please be respectful and professional at all times.

How do winners pay for their units, and what's the process for picking them up?
An email with a direct link to the invoice will be sent. After payment, a confirmation email will be sent with details and contact information for the facility.
