What's that? We do Live Video Auctions where the Bidders will click the link on the auction unit interested in including details about the size of the unit. There will be no photos available to view prior as these units have not been opened by anyone besides the original owner. The link you click will send you to our Google Video Auction Room of 8 bidders per auction room. In the event, a bidder drops out, next bidder in line will be allowed to join. Dropping out of a bid within the first 2 minutes is allowed but any time after a $1 fee will be charged for bidders backing out late.

Auctions Times: 11AM / 1PM/ 3PM/ 5PM
LOCKS ARE CUT and opened for the first time within the first 60 seconds of the Auction Room opening. Bidding will then start immediately until 10-minute timer is done.

3 Camera angle views will be provided during the Live Video Auction.

Bet types: $5 - $10
Mandatory Facility Managers Fee: $20 (Due at Facility)

Gestures, Sounds, and verbal will count as a bid.
Rules -
Arguing with other bidders is OK! Why? This is Locker RUMBLE! Tensions get high during these bids. We understand but staying professional with your responses is how we keep this fun and entertaining.
Muting others or yourself is "OPTIONAL"
Excessive cursing with name calling or threats will result in a warning and then you being removed from Auction Room.
ARMED SECURITY WILL BE ONSITE IF A ROOM CONTAINS INTENSE LOCKER RUMBLES TO ASSURE SAFETY AND EXPERIENCE IS MAINTAINED.
$20 Managers FEE is mandatory at time of signing On-site
No Deposit/48 hour Clean out times
Added Charges due to NON- Cleanout or Trash left ($50) per units will be charged on Next Auction buy if not paid.
Unpaid charges will result in termination of Account, and your photo sent to all facilities with a Red Flag.
